You can do magic for people who cannot afford shoes in the poorest regions on earth by
donating your gently worn shoes. Make sure they are clean & in good condition -
preferably shoes you have hardly worn. Stuff in a pair of socks - which help avoid blisters - and your present will make a huge difference to the poorest people in the world. It is estimated that over 300 million children around the world have never owned a pair of shoes. Many poor people cannot afford good shoes and their chance of finding a job is hugely influenced by it too. In wealthy countries we often dispose of shoes which are hardly worn or have plenty of life left in them. If you have walking shoes or joggers (or kids shoes) which are either of "Gently Worn" or New condition, then drop them off at the collection point listed below .... We will ensure that good shoes are shipped and delivered to people in REAL need and you can get updates on the progress of the campaign if you choose to give us your email address. Please note; an average pair of good quality shoes -hardly worn- are worth two or three months SAVINGS to a poor person. Many people cannot ever afford a good pair
of shoes and endlessly spend money on cheap low quality plastic shoes that only last a short while (creating unnecessary landfill). So please help us give a present to those in real need.
